Essentially The Marina in Newport. Easily accessible by land and by boat, the best facilities in the area, perfect location and not surrounded by the downtown traffic but in the heart of it all. Marine lifts for haul out/in, great staff and great opportunities to see some really unique vessels.

Belle’s is one of Newport’s “best-kept secrets.” Whether you chose to dine inside or al fresco, Belle’s is the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch in the spring, summer, and fall.
Newport Mansions
Explore American life from the Colonial era to the Gilded Age through the hallways and grounds of eleven historic mansions maintained by the Preservation Society of Newport County. Each of these extraordinary properties has a rich cultural history that helps trace the development of American architecture, decorative arts, and landscaping. The Newport Mansions offer immersive audio tours for a convenient self-guided experience. Reservations are not required, but we recommend checking in advance for any schedule, tour, exhibition, or ticketing changes.
Cliff Walk
Easily one of the area’s most popular attractions, the Cliff Walk is a designated National Recreation Trail that winds along the eastern shore and through the National Historic District. Visitors can get a glimpse of the stunning architecture dating back to Newport’s Gilded Age amidst a gorgeous coastline setting. The entire walk is 3.5 miles, but is divided into five segments based on the terrain and various points of interest. Open to the public from sunrise to sunset every day of the year, a visit to this Newport gem needs to be at the top of your list.
The Clarke Cooke House
This legendary Newport eatery is celebrated for its whimsical cuisine, famous visitors, and sophisticated charm. The seafood forward menu has a marked Mediterranean influence and showcases the bounty of the surrounding waters. Within the same property, guests can gravitate from the intimate Sky Bar to the Porch for an upscale meal, or visit the main floor bistro bar called the Candy Store. Keep in mind that there is a dress code to get into this classy spot–so be sure to pack something special for the occasion.
The Black Pearl
This waterside dining spot in the heart of downtown Newport is celebrated for its summer patio, fresh seafood, and famous chowder. The menu is well balanced and designed to cater to both seafood lovers and their counterparts with options for seafood on ice, lobster, fish, steak, chicken, flatbreads, and more.
